It’s a girl thing.

In an attempt to dispel the girly side of a friend some of us proceeded to have a girls’ day for this young lady. There were dresses and skirts, blush and lipsticks, divas and divas-in-training. Its was a magical adventure. Before being on 635 for a good 40 because three police cars decided that three lanes needed to be blocked for no apparent reason, us-young ladies- prayed. I think it was kinda cool. The act of praying, together as young ladies. I constantly feel as though the media portrays this idea that a group of women can’t function together successfully, without arguing, drama, or cliques. That was not the situation though. I had a fab time with fab ladies.

We also went to Maggianos (Yum!) and Sprinkles. I always want to like Sprinkles but sometimes the icing is too buttery.

Ciao Bella
